Dogs often get separated from their family when they were still puppies. It’s not usual to see doggo siblings being together since most of them get adopted by different humans from different places. But the story of these three dogs from New York will amaze you.
The story is about Marvin and his sons Leo and Murray. The three doggos were from McAllen, Texas. They were all surrendered to Dr. Doolittle Rescue Ranch by their previous owners for different reasons. So the puppies were in need of a new family to adopt them.
As fate would have it, all three of them ended up moving to New York City. They didn’t just end up anywhere, but they were all living in the same neighborhood. It was like they were destined to be together once again.
Marvin, the father of the two puppies, got adopted by Mattie Kahn and her boyfriend Jason Hellerstein. While Leo, one of Marvin’s pups, got rescued next by Tara Darington. She then told her co-worker, Anne Sach’s that Leo’s brother also needed a home and so Anne adopted Murray.
One day, as Jason and Marvin were running on errands, they bumped into Tara and Leo in the neighborhood. The dogs were busy sniffing each other and the humans got to talking. And this is where they found out that Leo was actually Marvin’s son.
Jason and Mattie had no idea that Marvin had sons. And since they knew that all of them lived in the same area, their owners decided to reunite Marvin, Leo, and Murray at the dog park in their neighborhood. The doggos seemed excited to play and run around with each other!
Anne says that it was a miracle that all three dogs wound up living close to each other considering how hard it was to adopt a dog in New York. A lot of people were adopting doggos and shelters were running out of pups. So Marvin, Leo, and Murray are surely the luckiest dogs of Manhattan.
